The Audion Super Poly is a handheld bi-active impulse sealer designed for the welding of all heat-sealable plastic materials and certain 'light' laminates, particularly facilitating mobile use. When closing the jaws, an impulse heat will seal the film, making it suitable for sealing large-capacity bags or bags in drums, as well as welding waterproof covers around large machines.

The Super Poly seal tong needs to be connected to a transformer (TPS), at which the seal time can be set according to the thickness of the film. The bi-active seal bars (a heating element on each jaw) allow for the welding of thick layers of polyethylene up to 2 x 0.3 mm. For laminated materials, it is advisable to validate the maximum thickness through preliminary tests. 

Once the jaws are closed, the push button can be pressed to trigger the sealing process, indicated by a control light. After the sealing time has passed (maximum 1 to 3 seconds), the power is automatically cut off, the control light switches off, and after a few seconds of cooling, the jaws can be opened to remove the sealed part.

Three widths of the seal tongs are available: 400, and 630 mm, with a jaw opening of 30 mm and a sealing width of 3 mm. The power generator is equipped with a potentiometer to control the sealing time depending on the film's thickness. The same generator can work with all three sizes of tongs but not simultaneously.

Due to its portable nature, the Super Poly is particularly suitable for sealing various shaped products. One of the main advantages of using impulse sealers over constant heat sealers is the absence of warm-up or cool-down time, ensuring maximum safety and minimum energy consumption.

Accessory: A 5-meter extension cord is available for added mobility when connecting the clamp to the transformer. The power cable length is 460 cm. Note: The transformer (TPS) must be purchased separately.
