The STEAMSEALER is a steam-powered sealer with pneumatic closure, designed for sealing bags in ATEX class 1 and 2 regulated environments.
This innovative technology uses water vapor as a heat source to seal bags, eliminating the need for electrical power, which could be hazardous in an ATEX environment.
The STEAMSEALER is available with various sealing bar lengths, and operation is controlled via a double-action foot pedal.
Optionally, the machine can be mounted on a height-adjustable rolling stand, allowing for orientation of the sealer. A work tray can also be integrated.
Additionally, the STEAMSEALER is available with a pipette located between the two sealing bars, enabling vacuum sealing.
