SpeedPack Hybrid 550

This unique automatic bagger, is suitable for processing both tubular film and pre-opened bags on roll :

• Mode 1: Packaging using pre-formed bags on ROLLBAG® rolls or compatible bags.
• Mode 2**: Packaging from tubular film, where the bag is formed, presented for filling, and sealed.

The SpeedPack Hybrid can be controlled via a pedal or push button, allowing the operator to manage the bag filling process in automatic mode. It can also be integrated into an automatic feeding system with a vibratory bowl, counters, or a weighing system.

The operation is straightforward: in ROLLBAG® or compatible pre-formed bag mode, bags are advanced and opened by an air jet under a filling chute. After filling, the bag is sealed, detached, and automatically ejected, with the next bag immediately placed in position.

In tubular film mode, the film is pre-cut, opened on the front and the bottom of the bag is sealed before being presented for filling, similar to pre-formed bag mode. No adjustments are required to synchronize the opening and sealing processes.

Quick format changes: It takes less than a minutes or  2 minutes to change the width of the film or bag.  It takes a few seconds to adjust the bag length when using tubular film.
