Semi-automatic cycle machine. Once the sealing arm is closed, an integrated electromagnet holds it in place. It  ensures  consistent  high-quality seals. This Magneta series is ideal for medium-duty applications and provides reliable seals time after time. Both seal and cooling times are adjustable and allows  you to adapt the cycle to the thickness of the film being used.

The Magneta, which has been part of the Audion range for over 35 years, is known for its durability and user-friendliness, making it one of the most popular bag sealers worldwide. Many of our customers still use Magneta machines over 20 years old with no issues.

The machine is delivered without a pedal, and the sealing arm can be closed either  manually  or  can be operated using a mechanical foot pedal. An an optional motorized version (MGM), which closes the seal bars automatically with a gentle press of the pedal. This ensures greater convenience for the operator by allowing hands-free operation.

The Magneta is compatible with polyethylene, polypropylene and other laminated films. It also features an integrated knife which enables it to be  versatile for both pre-made bags and tubular films, enabling custom bag creation of any length.

When placed on a worktable, a simple press on the upper arm engages the cycle. The electromagnet keeps the arm closed during sealing and cooling times which eliminates  the need for manual pressure. The arm automatically lifts after the cycle is complet, with a maximum sealing rate of 12 seals per minute.

A variety of accessories enables the Magneta series  to offer great flexibility to meet different packaging needs. The seals produced are consistently of high quality, ensuring reliability for every use.
