Sealboy Magneta are tabletop impulse sealer with a built-in cutter, which produces a weld length of 420mm and a seal width of 3mm. It is suitable for medium-duty applications.

This machine works with an integrated electromagnet and a timer wich control the sealing and cooling time.

Description

The Audion Sealboy Magneta is designed for both reliability and ease of use. This robust tabletop impulse sealer is equipped with an electromagnet locking system and a built-in cutting knife, allowing for precise and consistent seals. Whether sealing small or large bags, the electromagnet automatically keeps the pressure arm closed during the sealing cycle.

Both sealing and cooling times are easily adjustable based on the thickness of the film, thanks to a potentiometer. The sealing arm automatically lifts at the end of the cycle, allowing you to move quickly to the next package. An indicator light provides real-time feedback during the sealing process, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Ideal for repetitive packaging tasks, the Sealboy Magneta’s durable construction guarantees long-term performance. It offers a 3-year general warranty (excluding wear parts) and a 5-year warranty on the built-in transformer, proving its reliability.

Additionally, the Sealboy Magneta includes a cutting device, making it possible to create custom-length bags from tubular film or trim excess film for a cleaner presentation.

Optional accessories like a worktable and film roll holder further enhance efficiency and ease of use.
