Minimax Drop Bagger

The Minimax Drop Bagger is an inclined vertical sealer, specifically designed to be integrated with a synchronized compartment conveyor. This compact machine is ideal for packaging small products, metal parts, screws, etc.

The step-by-step operation of the feed conveyor allows the operator to easily fill the compartments according to a predefined pace set on the control panel. At the end of the conveyor, an optical sensor system counts the product(s) in the compartment for single or batch packaging, depending on the quantity defined on the control panel's counter. When the specified quantity is reached, the bagger automatically seals the full bag and presents a new bag to be filled by the conveyor. This frees the operator from having to count the products, thus reducing the risk of errors and optimizing the packaging process.

An optional take-away conveyor is available for elevating the filled bags.
