Mini 300

The Mini 300 impulse table sealer is an entry-level machine, with or without a cutting system, designed for very occasional use.

This machine does not have a removable sealing bar, and its maintenance is only possible by purchasing a complete spare parts kit (teflon, sealing wire, rubber). Similarly, for the Eco sealer, maintenance can be done by replacing the PTFE and seal wire, available in a convenient set.

It is suitable for sealing polyethylene bags with a maximum thickness of 100 microns for occasional use with small quantities of bags. This machine can seal PE/PP bags and tubular films up to 300 mm in length, and with the optional knife, you can create bags of any length, ideal for packaging parts, chocolates, gifts, and more.

This table sealer is equipped with a fixed (not removable) sealing bar, and the sealing cycle starts manually when the pressure arm is closed. After the preset sealing time, the excess film can easily be cut off with the optional knife, parallel to the 2 mm seal.

It is not suitable for industrial production or repetitive use. This machine generates a 2 mm seal and is designed for low-volume sealing. For efficiency, it is recommended that the seal length be about 10% longer than the bag opening.
