Automatic cycle machine. Once the sealing arm is closed, an electromagnet locks it in place, and the sealing cycle runs automatically.

The sealer is equipped with an electric pedal. When the sealer is placed on a worktable, a simple press of this pedal is enough to start the sealing cycle. The arm with the help of the electromagnet which  remains closed during the sealing and cooling time without the need to maintain pressure. It automatically lifts up.

The advantage of the electromagnet is clear: it allows faster and easier operation. Additionally, the cooling time, independent of the user, is always consistent. The sealing rate cannot exceed a maximum of 12 seals per minute.

This robust industrial sealer, ideal for mid-volume applications, delivers a high-quality 5mm seal which is suitable for sealing both pre-made bags and custom-created bags. The integrated knife system allows the user to efficiently cut and seal while the integrated seal wire tensioners ensure a well-tensioned sealing wire, even after intensive use. This guarantees a consistent and reliable seal, independent of the operator's skill level.
