Futura Junior 300

The 'Futura Junior' is a constant heat tabletop sealer, designed for occasional use in sealing heat-sealable plastic films (mainly polyethylene and polypropylene). The heating temperature is calibrated to never damage the Teflon on the sealing bar. Maintenance is almost non-existent. A 3-position potentiometer allows the heating temperature to be adjusted according to the thickness of the film. This machine is neither equipped with a knife nor a timer for controlling the sealing process; the user estimates the sealing time manually. Therefore, it is not recommended for serial work, where impulse sealers should be preferred.

For occasional applications, after about 5 minutes of heating time, this small 'entry-level' machine is perfectly suitable for sealing sample bags, laboratory samples, in-store counter sales, etc. Note that the fine seal is due to the fact that it is a thermal bar without cooling.

EXAMPLE OF APPLICATION

Due to its simplicity and low cost, the FUTURA JUNIOR is used for occasional sealing needs of small bags without much concern for appearance, such as customized packaging in penitentiary environments or tasks that require equipping a large number of workstations for a short period of time.
