COALZA RS + Carrousel Packaging Machines

The combination of COALZA RS 250 vertical packaging machine and carousel enables the bagging of products in brick packs or block bottom, all within a compact space.

Its different configurations offer great flexibility for packaging various bag sizes and weights. The carousel features a vibration station, product compaction station, top folding and sealing unit, trimming station to remove excess film, and a discharge area that directs the formed bags onto an exit conveyor.

This line, equipped with a volumetric dispenser, is ideal for packaging dry goods like legumes, rice, and pasta.

For powdered products such as flour and spices, the system uses a screw dispenser.

A multihead weigher can also be used, depending on the product and application requirements.
