Description

The Contimed D 660 V is a very compact horizontal continuous sealer with a left-to-right feed direction. Ergonomic in design, it can optionally be equipped with a motorized conveyor or a smooth platform or free-rolling table.

Highly versatile, it is capable of sealing all types of plastic bags, as well as bags made from lightweight complex materials, with a maximum sealing temperature of 220°C. 

All operating parameters are controlled via a digital panel available in multiple languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian).

This validation-capable machine is designed for sealing bags in the medical sector, meeting ISO 11607-2 and EN-ISO TS16775 standards. Additionally, this version allows for recording and exporting data from each seal to improve product traceability. With an optional printer or labeler, it can print:

- A barcode

- Manufacturing date

- Batch number

- Operator identification

- Product identifier

- Sealing speed, temperature, and pressure
