All In Sealer D 552 AHS

The horizontal All In Sealer is designed for sealing all types of plastic or complex bags.

The unit is mounted on four wheels, two of which have brakes, making the machine highly mobile. The sealing head and conveyor can be tilted up to 60° to facilitate work with bulk product bags. A small shelf at the conveyor head assists in positioning the bag before it is fed into the machine. An adjustable depth guide allows precise alignment of the top of the bag relative to the seal.

The height of the conveyor relative to the seal level is adjustable, making it easier to work with larger bags. The speed is adjustable via an electronic variable speed drive, and the sealing temperature is controlled by a digital thermostat.

Once the top of the bag is inserted between the transport belts, the sealing area continuously passes between the PTFE bands, through heating bars, and then cooling bars.

Before releasing the bag, pressure rollers ensure a perfect seal. The sealing rollers allow the All In Sealer to close gusseted bags and perform heat sealing of cardboard headers (subject to testing depending on the thickness and quality of the headers).

The control panel features digital buttons. The All In Sealer D 552 is equipped with an automatic cooling mode. If the machine needs to be stopped and the sealing temperature is above 80°C, the machine will cool down until the temperature drops below 80°C, then automatically switch to standby mode. These functions help preserve the PTFE bands during shutdown procedures.
