The D 545 AV All In Sealer is a vertical continuous sealer equipped with a conveyor belt. Thanks to its PTFE bands, it can seal all types of plastic bags as well as bags made from lightweight complex materials.

The D 545 AV All In Sealer is a very compact and ergonomic vertical continuous sealer equipped with a conveyor belt. Thanks to its versatility and PTFE bands, it can seal all types of plastic bags as well as bags made from lightweight complex materials. All operating parameters are controlled via a digital panel.
In compliance with CE standards, it is equipped with an emergency stop button. The sealing temperature is set and controlled by a digital thermostat, with a heat-up time of less than one minute. The D 545 AV also features an automatic cooling mode, which helps preserve the PTFE bands during the shutdown process.
The D 545 AV is recommended for small to medium production runs and for the continuous sealing of bags weighing less than 5 kg.
