The D 545 AH All In Sealer is a horizontal continuous sealer equipped with a conveyor belt. Thanks to its PTFE bands, it can seal all types of plastic bags as well as bags made from lightweight complex materials.

The D 545 AH All In Sealer is a very compact and ergonomic horizontal continuous sealer equipped with a conveyor belt. Thanks to its versatility and PTFE bands, it can seal all types of plastic bags, as well as bags made from lightweight complex materials. All operating parameters are controlled via a digital panel.
In compliance with CE standards, it is equipped with an emergency stop button. The sealing temperature is set and controlled by a digital thermostat, and the heat-up time is less than one minute. The D 545 AH also features an automatic cooling mode, which helps preserve the PTFE bands during the shutdown process.
The D 545 AH is recommended for small to medium production runs and for continuous sealing of bags weighing less than 5 kg.
