All In Sealer D 541

The D 541 All In Sealer is a very compact tabletop machine designed for the continuous sealing of all types of small plastic bags and certain types of thin complex films.

The D 541 is very compact, making it highly versatile. It can be placed directly on a table or on a height-adjustable table stand (optional). Due to its light weight, it can also be used as a portable machine.

The D 541 sealer can operate horizontally or vertically to facilitate work.

An adjustable guide helps position the bag before inserting it into the machine and allows the height between the seal and the top of the bag to be set.

Ceramic heating elements ensure heating in less than a minute. The PTFE bands allow sealing a wide range of materials, such as polyethylene, cellophane, or laminated films.

The sealing temperature is controlled by a digital thermostat, and the heating automatically shuts off when not in use.

After inserting the top of the bag between the PTFE bands, the bag passes between the heating bars and then between the cooling bars.
