DEMPACK
DEMPACK shrink chamber machines are ideal for shrink-wrapping small productions.
These machines cleverly combine the L-sealing and shrink-wrapping operations around the products. The operator places the product inside the film pocket on the loading tray then pulls the film and positions the product inside the chamber. The operator manually lowers the cover and as well holds in place by electromagnets.
The film shrinkage occurs simultaneously with the sealing operation. Shrinkage is achieved immediately by hot air circulation around the product. At the end of the process, the chamber automatically opens and allows the operator to retrieve the wrapped product. In the H25 SX version, the product is automatically removed from the chamber by a conveyor. In the SX version, the sealing frame automatically lowers at an adjustable speed.
