Slicing Machines

For each bakery product, there is a specific type of slicer.

In our range, we offer two types of cutting methods:

  • With a disc: For partial or complete side slicing.
  • From the top with a continuous blade: For fully slicing the product.

Fully automatic band slicer for various types of bread, suitable for use in a semi-automatic or fully automatic line. Inclined band blades pull the bread through the blades, ensuring the highest quality slices.

Fully automatic slicer with a vertical up-and-down knife movement. Ideal for products such as rye bread, fruit bread, or various types of cakes.

Fully automatic bread slicer with a horizontal blade. It can slice into 2 or 3 layers. Can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into an automatic system.
