For each bakery product, there is a specific type of slicer.
In our range, we offer two types of cutting methods:
- With a disc: For partial or complete side slicing.
- From the top with a continuous blade: For fully slicing the product.
There are 4 products.
Fully automatic slicer with a vertical up-and-down knife movement. Ideal for products such as rye bread, fruit bread, or various types of cakes.
Fully automatic disc slicer for hinge or complete bread slicing. Slicing can be done from the side or the top.
Fully automatic bread slicer with a horizontal blade. It can slice into 2 or 3 layers. Can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into an automatic system.
