The SpeedPack TT 300 automatic bagger is designed for packaging using ROLLBAG® bags on rolls or compatible bags.
This compact tabletop bagger is fully electric and does not require compressed air to operate.
Thanks to its innovative technology and touchscreen, the machine is very easy to operate. The ROLLBAG® bags on rolls are fed forward and opened by an air jet. After filling the bag is sealed, detached and automatically ejected with the next bag immediately placed in position. This option simplifies the bagging process and eliminates the tidious task of picking and opening a bag to insert the contents.
The cycle can be controlled manually by an operator pressing the sealing bar using an electric pedal or via an automatic feeding system.
Bag size changes are performed very quickly; ROLLBAG® roll just has to be changed and rolled from the front or back of the machine and this can be done in less than a minute.
This machine is particularly suitable for packaging small components in bags and ideal from small to medium production runs.
ROLLBAG® bags are available in stock, in neutral options and in a wide range of formats. All sizes can be customized as requested, with up to 6-color printing and options such as easy-tear pre-cuts, hanging perforations, etc.

Pédale de commande avec capot de protection
Le cycle peut être activé en appuyant sur le bouton de démarrage ou au moyen de la pédale.
L’utilisation de la pédale donne à l’opérateur la possibilité d’utiliser ces deux mains pour le remplissage.

Pour l'impression et la dépose d'étiquette sur vos sachets.

Handshake
Cette option est nécessaire dès lors que la Speedpack TT300 doit être connectée et dialoguer avec un système d’alimentation automatique.

Cette fonction est associée à l'option « Handshake ».
Coussin mousse
Dispositif de désaération par coussin mousse qui vient comprimer le sac avant sa fermeture.
