Film wrapping with or without shrinkage
Wrapping a product in film can be done with or without shrinkage, depending on the desired outcome. If the film is shrunk, its shrink quality and thickness must be adjusted to meet the expected results.
Shrink wrapping helps meet two main criteria: protecting the product and securing multiple items together, such as a stack of paper blocks.
There is a wide range of machines available for wrapping, from simple sealers paired with manual shrink guns to compact machines with shrink chambers, manual or automatic 'L' sealers, and fully automatic high-speed wrapping machines.
