The Industrial Sealer Magneta (ISM) is a fully electric impulse sealer with an electromagnetic locking mechanism, available in three sealing lengths: 420, 620, and 1020 mm. Each length comes in a painted version (ISM) or a stainless steel version (ISMS), suitable for humid or challenging environments.
The digital control panel allows for easy adjustment of sealing and cooling times. With its bi-active sealing bars (heating wire on each bar) of 5 mm width and wire tensioners at each end, the ISM series can seal PE and PP films up to 2 x 200 microns thick. The cycle starts with a simple press on the electric foot pedal.
