Bag Sealers
Most sealing machines use the impulse sealing technique, which is particularly well-suited for materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and all low- and medium-thickness heat-sealable films. For "complex" materials, a thermal bar sealer is necessary.
It is easy to distinguish a complex sealer from a plastic material sealer; the heating bars of the complex sealer are not covered with Teflon-coated fiberglass. Indeed, complex bags do not melt and do not stick, so no insulation is required; they can come into direct contact with a heating bar. While it is perfectly possible to seal lightweight complex materials on a plastic sealer, the opposite is not possible.
